Culinary showsI conduct culinary shows promoting Polish cuisine of the region at home and abroad – Flavors of the Regions, Fair Center Poznań, Gastro Hotel Kołobrzeg, Euro Gastro Fair, Grune Woche Berlin, Seafood Expo Global Brussels, Aquaculture Europe Rimini. I cooperate with Rural Housewives’ Circles, Schools promoting healthy nutrition. I participate in recordings on culinary topics, give interviews on radio, TV and Internet portals. |
