About me
Tomasz Królikowski
I have been in the culinary world for over 20 years. My cooking journey began at Villa Toscania in Greater Poland, training under Italian chefs in Milan. That is where I learned respect for ingredients and the simplicity that defines my cuisine.
I worked in the City of London — the Royal Society, Mansion House, the British Library — serving as head chef. My experience in England taught me organisation, precision and working under pressure at the highest level.
After returning to Poland I ran Bistro Słony and Kuchnia Otwarta at Royal Wilanów. Today I work with Lee Kum Kee as a brand ambassador, appear as a culinary expert on TVP2’s “Pytanie na Śniadanie”, and organise culinary events around the world.
